I had to reach out to safestdogchews.com about my order because I wasn’t seeing any tracking updates for a few days, and I was starting to wonder what was going on.

Their reply was polite, and they did help me out in the end, so that part was fine, fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I ended up sending one more email before I got a clear answer.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t super smooth either. I might order again, but I’d definitely hope they’re faster, faster with replying next time.

I went in mostly trying to see if safestdogchews.com was making those over-the-top dog chew safety claims you see all the time. To be fair, it didn’t feel that way to me. The site seemed straightforward and didn’t act like every product was magically perfect. I liked that they actually explain their reasoning instead of just throwing around “best” or “safest” without context. So far, it comes across as trustworthy, though I’d still compare it with other sources before fully deciding.

Had no trouble with the return, but waited longer than expected for the refund. Was a little frustrating, though it did come through eventually.

I’ve been ordering dog chews from this brand for a while, so I was expecting everything to be smooth. The box arrived on time, and most of what I ordered was exactly right, including the main items my dog really likes.
That said, one chew came in a different size than the one I picked, which was frustrating. My dog still used it, so I didn’t go through the hassle of returning it, but it did make me second-guess sticking with them if the orders aren’t checked more carefully.

I’ve had the subscription going for a few months now, it just makes sense. The chews show up when they’re supposed to, and I don’t have to keep track of when to reorder. My dog knows what the box is at this point and gets all excited when it arrives. I did have to adjust one delivery, and it was straightforward. Nothing to complain about here

These are good chews, and my dog seems to enjoy them, which is always the main thing. I just wish they were a bit cheaper because the price adds up fast, especially when you start tossing one out here and there without thinking...

I used the site on my phone and it was simple to navigate. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find the chew info I needed without digging around. Even the little menu links were easy to tap, which was nice.

I picked these up mostly because the ingredient list didn’t look like a science experiment, which is always a relief because my dog can be weirdly picky and his stomach doesn’t love everything. So I was kind of reading the bag like, okay, this seems reasonable, let’s try it.

So far he’s been totally fine with them and actually seems excited when I grab one, which is a good sign around here. They also don’t have that gross smell some dog chews have, thank goodness. Overall they just feel like a safer, cleaner option than a few other things I’ve bought before

I mean, it’s not bad at all—there are some decent choices here. But then I found myself thinking, wait, is this really all the chew options? I just wish there were a few more to pick from.

I ordered a few of these chews and the sizes were pretty much what I was hoping for. They worked well for my medium-sized dog, big enough to keep him busy for a bit, but not so large that they were hard for him to handle. One piece was shaped a little oddly, but he still chewed it just fine. Overall, they were practical and easy to give him, so I’d buy them again.

I got these thinking maybe my dog would be excited for them, but no. He sniffed one and then away he went. I tried giving them to him a few different times, and same reaction every time. For us, kind of a waste they were, since he just didn’t care at all.

These chews arrived fresh, not dried out or stale, which I really appreciated. My dog went for them right away, so no complaints here. If your pup is picky or you’ve had issues with chews showing up old or weird-smelling, these are worth a try...

My dog usually get an upset stomach from chews, so I was a little nervous trying these. But he did totally fine with them, no weird poop, no throwing up, nothing. Happy with these so far.

So far it seems safe for my dog, but I’m still keeping an eye on how he does with it. The only thing that’s been frustrating is the terms seem to keep changing, which makes it harder to feel totally confident about sticking with it.
